Through this DATA PROTECTION POLICY, the provider adverts the users of the website www.ibizadanceclub.com that according to article 5th of the "Organic Law on Protection of Personal Data", law 15 / 1999 of December 13th (Henceforth "LOPD"), and regarding the personal data supplied by the user through his registration form, the provider states the terms that govern the uses of Ibiza Dance Club, with the following information regarding the policy "Personal Data and Privacy Protection" followed by the supplier in providing its services through its digital platform:

1. All the data supplied by the user will be included in a file, and will be automatically treated, respecting the conditions and uses as defined in the fifth paragraph of this Privacy Policy. The provider is the owner and is responsible of the aforementioned file.
2. Anyone registered on the website can exercise at any time his right of access, rectification, modification and cancellation of any information provided by the user through www.ibizadanceclub.com, by sending an e-mail to privacy@ibizadanceclub.com or by regular post to Ibizadanceclub, Llacuna, 11, 08005, Barcelona, Spain, enclosing an ID document as to the identify the user.
