Format and Compatibility
The music you download on Ibiza Dance Club is compatible with all MP3 players including iPod. All our content is DRM free.

You can choose the format and quality of the files you buy: MP3 192 kbs, MP3 320 kbs, or WAV. All tracks are encoded at a constant bit rate, and each format has its corresponding price based on the quality. For listening and playing in clubs MP3 192kbs will be sufficient, but if you want the music for a sound system…we recommend that you download the MP3 320 kbs and WAV format.

Our entire catalogue is available in three formats. You can choose the format you want for each article, changes can be made using the “format” button when navigating; you can also change the format of all the files in your shopping cart with the “Change all formats” button.
Note that you can save your preferred format in your “Personal Account”; all the files you buy will be added to your cart in your preferred format.

The price of each article includes the music file and its cover. Finalizing the download you will get link to a zip file with the cover and the music you ordered and paid.

Quality control
Sound Quality: Our catalogue uses the music the label send to us. We do not manipulate the music the labels provide us with; the quality of the sound depends on the material they are using for recording and mastering. If you think the music quality is inferior, please e-mail us at support@ibizadanceclub.com, providing your login, e-mail, order code and length when the track is deteriorated.

Security in payments
Payment Security: Payment system is guaranteed worldwide by BBVA, leader in advanced security systems. Our system will not memorize your account information so you will have to type your credit card data on every payment.

How to navegate?
The top of the page is permanent, so you can always reach the principal sections by clicking on them. The page is divided into 4 principal sections:

Top100: On the home you can see the 10 tracks more downloaded in the week in curse, by genre and subgenre. You can also the Top 100 of “Classics” and “Underground”

Genres: Choose the genre or subgenre your feel interested in to see all the related tracks. You can see its Top 100, its Featured tracks and its catalogue arranged by date of publication.

Featured: Our A&R weekly selection: tracks, remixes, compilations, labels and our special charts updated every day!

News: 4 sections to present your daily dance and electronic music news worldwide. Find in “HOT” the lastest news, “UPCOMING” and “DJs” all the information about tracks remixes and about the most famous DJs; in “EVENTS” you will find all events related to dance and electronic music.

Information on each item
Releases: Click on the cover or on the album name for detailed information on the release (release name, DJ or artist name, label of this release, genre and subgenre, nº of tracks on the release). Except for the bounded albums, you have the possibility to buy each track separately (click on “See tracklist / Buy separately”). Do not miss our special promotions on albums sales!

Tracks: Click on the cover or the track name to see the detailed information (track name, DJ or Artist, Version, genre and subgenre, name of the release that it is extracted from)

Labels and DJs / Artist: Click on the label name to see its biography, logo and more information about it

Content classifications
In the Ibiza Dance Club catalogue there are tracks, remixes, singles, releases, compilations, charts, all classified into genres and subgenres. Tracks can also be considered as a Classic of its genre, and will enter into Top 100 of Classics if the tracks are downloaded by the users.

How to search?
With the “Search” tool bar you can search our catalogue. You can search in the entire content available and do advanced search of specific tracks, releases, DJs or artists, labels, compilations, charts in the classics or underground section. You have to introduce at least the first 3 letters.

Ibiza Dance Club Player
To listen to the music on Ibiza Dance Club you will need to use Adobe Flash plug -in. When using Internet Explorer Navigator, it should already be installed and configured as your default player If you are using another navigator please install the corresponding Windows Media Player plug-in.

With “Play” and “Add to playlist” button you can listen to all the items you are interested in - streaming 2'00 length-, and queuing tracks and albums to the playlist.

You can enlarge the Player if you click on its icon at the top of page.

Shopping Cart
With this button you add all the items you want to buy to your shopping cart. For buying, go to “Shopping Cart” and check the items list. For every item choose the format, and press BUY to go through secure payment page.

After completing the purchase process you will receive a confirmation by e-mail. We recommend you save these mails as a payment and delivery receipt.

Invoices
In case you want to receive an invoice for your purchase, please fill in with the corresponding information (name, surname, address and VAT nº) your personal account.

Territory Restrictions
Thanks to IP identification we will localize you geographically, as you will only see the items available for sale on your territory. This means not offering you a track that you can’t buy, you can only see the items you can purchase in your territory.

Born in November 2007, Ibiza Dance Club purpose is to offer its users the best dance and electronic music of the moment, distributing high quality catalogues in three formats, and aims to lead a professional community of DJs worldwide.

Where are the files I have just downloaded?
When the amount of your order has been paid, the download progression alert message will automatically open. Once the download completed, you can choose if you want to open the zip file or save it. If you choose to open it the items will be saved on your temporary files, or if you want to save them – highly recommended –you can choose where you want to save them, creating a specific folder of your choice.

The download process cancelled
If download process fails before you receive the content you have 24 hours to try it again without any additional surcharge. To do it you have to go to your Personal Account where you will find a link to your last downloads. Our system will provide a link to your last purchases.
If after doing all that you can't get your download succesfully please send us an e-mail at download@ibizadanceclub.com with your user name (login), order number, name of the track(s) concerned and we will provide you a new download access as soon as possible.
